Christmas Tree

The Cook pine or Christmas tree in India, is a tree native to the Cook Island. It is commonly grown as a holy and decorative houseplant. It has been a major part of Christmas celebration by Christian and hence the name Christmas tree.

The tree has a strong upright trunk with horizontal branches growing all over the tree. The branches are lined with cord-like, horizontal branchlets. These branchlets are covered with small, green, incurved, point-tipped, spirally arranged, overlapping leaves.

The best part of the plant is that they do not shed their needles when they are dried out in the season. This evergreen plant can grow even with low care and remains green throughout the year.
